Who this policy covers
Manchester Concrete Works is a concrete contractor in Manchester, NH. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.
It applies to this website, from the home page through every service and city page. It also covers what you send us through our contact form. It doesn't cover other websites we link to, because those sites set their own rules.
If you want to know more about who we are before you reach out, our About page has that.
What information we collect
We collect what you choose to give us when you fill out our contact form or call us. That usually includes your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the job, such as a cracked driveway or a new patio. If you send photos of the work area, we keep those too.
Our contact form is run by an outside form service. When you submit it, your answers are sent to that service and then passed to us, so that service also handles your information under its own privacy terms.
We may also collect some basic information automatically when you visit the site. This can include your browser type, the device you're using, the pages you looked at, how long you stayed and the general area you're browsing from. We use it to see how the site is used, not to identify you personally.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser stores so a website can remember things between visits. Our site may use cookies and similar tools to keep pages working properly and to count visits through analytics services.
Analytics tools give us totals, such as how many people found a page or which pages they left from. That tells us which parts of the site are useful and which need work.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site should still work if you do, though some features may not behave quite the same.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer your request, set up an on-site estimate, plan and schedule the work, and stay in touch about your job. We may also use it to follow up after the job is done, for example to answer a question about curing or care of a new slab.
We use site visit information to fix problems and improve the website.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't rent it or trade it for marketing either. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, such as our form provider, email and phone services, and with anyone the law requires us to share it with.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact and job details as long as we need them to give you an estimate, do the work and handle any questions or warranty concerns afterward. We also keep them as long as our business and tax records require.
When we no longer need the information for those reasons, we delete it or keep it in a way that no longer identifies you. Website analytics data is kept in summary form and is usually removed on the analytics service's own schedule.
How we protect it
We limit who on our team can see your information to the people who need it to handle your job. We use reputable services to collect and store it.
No website or email system is completely secure, so we can't promise that information sent over the internet will never be exposed. If you'd rather not send something through the form, you can call us instead.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you. You can also ask us to correct it, or to delete it if we don't need to keep it for a job or for our records.
You can tell us to stop contacting you about anything other than an active job, and we'll respect that.
Depending on where you live, state law may give you other rights over your information. If it does, contact us and we'll work through the request with you. We may need to confirm who you are before we make any changes, so nobody else can get at your information.
Children's information
This website is meant for adults arranging work on their property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, let us know and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website, the tools we use or the law changes. The current version will always be on this page, so check back if you have questions about how your information is handled.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about this policy or a concern about how we've handled your information, call Manchester Concrete Works at (603) 591-9259 or reach us through our Contact page.
Tell us what the concern is and how you'd like us to reach you. We respond within 1 business day and will tell you what we're doing about it.
